Each office is staffed with a dedicated placement professional for attorneys, paralegals and support staff. The dedicated placement professional works as a Team with a dedicated client services representative, administrative support staff, and the corporate office to Partner with our clients to best serve their needs with respect to staffing, billing, and overall service.
My three decades in the legal profession has included many agencies, but I remain a Providus team member because of their professionalism and commitment to taking care of their employees. Lots of agencies talk a good game, Providus just gets it done.
Providus contractors are a reflection of our company. The Providus Model ensures our placement professionals, administrative support staff and accounting department work diligently in providing our contractors with excellent service, which assures them a positive work experience. Aside from the dedicated service team in each regional office, all Providus staff members use Blackberrys, making us accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to both our clients and candidates. When clients call with last minute needs or staffing changes (including nights, weekends and holidays), you are guaranteed not only an immediate response, but also immediate service.
