This position focuses on recruiting, interviewing and placing
paralegals in permanent and contract positions for law firms and Fortune 100
companies. The Director of Paralegal Recruiting and Placement is responsible
for quality assurance which involves follow-up with our clients at law firms
and corporations to ensure optimum client satisfaction with our placement services
and provides support to the sales and marketing team. Requirements include:
4-year degree, direct experience in a legal staffing firm, excellent communication,
organization, and MS office skills; and high integrity and commitment to delivering
exceptional service. Compensation consists of a salary plus commission that
can exceed $100K.

opening for a Litigation Project Assistant. Responsibilities include summarizing
discovery material, trial prep and assistance and organizing client materials
and attorney work product. The Litigation Project Assistant will work on cases
involving the Firm’s litigation matters. Firm effort focus on intellectual
property, antitrust/competition law, complex business litigation, and government
and international advocacy.
