company from 1988-1999. Prior to starting Co-Counsel,

King and Sabom from 1982-1985. Lisa graduated from the
University of Texas at Austin in 1976 and obtained her
law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in 1980.

owned The Business Center which provided accounting

Jackie
L. Bebczuk
Jackie L. Bebczuk is the manager of the Houston
office and is responsible for client development and
marketing to law firms and corporate law departments.
Before opening the Houston office of Providus, Jackie
was Director of Marketing at Co-Counsel for five years,
where she specialized in staffing contract projects
with lawyers and paralegals for law firms and corporate
law departments. Prior to her career in legal placement,
Jackie spent five years as a senior intellectual property
paralegal for Fulbright & Jaworski, and for the intellectual
property boutique law firm of Pravel, Hewitt, Kimball
& Krieger (currently the Intellectual Property and
Technology Section at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer &
Feld). Jackie received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
1989, and Paralegal Certificate in 1990.

Jennifer Gill Erwin is responsible for marketing to

Manager of Attorney Employment at Baker Botts L.L.P.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, she was a Corporate
Sales Manager for the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston.

Regan Potter Bowen is responsible for attorney placement
in the Houston office. Prior to joining Providus,
Regan was an associate at Sheehy, Serpe and Ware,
P.C., where she represented physicians and hospitals
in medical malpractice litigation. Regan graduated
from University of Tulsa College of Law where she
was Articles Editor for the Tulsa Journal of International
and Comparative Law and a member of Phi Delta Phi
Legal Honors Fraternity. Regan is licensed to practice
law in the state of Texas and is an active member
of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young
Lawyers Association.

Kuci Prochaska
Kamile Kuci Prochaska is responsible for recruiting
and placing legal secretaries and paralegals in law
firms and corporate law departments. Kamile joins
us with several years of placement experience where
she specialized in legal. Most recently, Kamile was
the Director of Placement for another legal staffing
company, where she worked with administrators, partners,
and in-house counsel in successfully placing support
staff. She got her start in the legal community by
working for a national litigation support company,
selling legal support services to paralegals and attorneys.

McConn Susong
Melissa McConn Susong is the Director of Paralegal
and Litigation Support Placement in the Houston office.
She is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening
and placing paralegals and litigation support candidates
in law firms and corporate law departments. Prior
to this position, Melissa was the assistant to the
Attorney Placement Director, where she was responsible
for coordinating candidate and client interviews,
assisting with searches, and placing contract attorneys

Ricardo Mendez is the Placement Assistant for

Deborah
W. Post is the manager of the Los Angeles office
and is responsible for client development and

Before joining Providus, Deborah was a securities
lawyer at Boston-based Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault.
In addition to practicing law, Deborah spent
five years at a national legal staffing company
as the Western Regional Director. Also, she
marketed and implemented web-based legal and
ethics compliance programs to corporate legal
departments as the Regional Director of LRN,
The Legal Knowledge Company. She obtained her
JD from Boston College Law School and her BA
in Psychology and Spanish from Clark University,
graduating summa cum laude and as a member of
Phi Beta Kappa.
