Director of Marketing

expanding Chicago office. Providus specializes exclusively in legal staffing

Position
Providus is currently seeking a business development professional to join the
expanding Chicago team. Our Directors of Marketing are professionals with consultative
sales experience and familiarity with the legal industry.
Functions & Responsibilities
· Call on target corporate law departments and law firms with the objective
of developing and growing a client base.
· Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key
users, managers and senior-level executives at target corporate law departments
and law firms for the purpose of selling Providus services to prospective and
existing clients.
· Follow-up on Providus provided marketing leads and referrals.
· Work closely with Providus placement team dedicated to filling your
orders to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
· Solidifying Providus' presence in the Chicago legal market through
participation in networking organizations and events.
Experience & Requirements
The ideal candidate is either a legal professional with 3+ years of successful
outside sales experience or sales professional with 3+ years of experience selling
to the legal market. The candidate must be capable of engaging in the complete
sales cycle for our services - "cold calling," sales presentations,
contract negotiation, order closing and the cultivation and maintenance of business
relationships with clients and individuals. A four-year degree is required.
JD or Paralegal certificate preferred but not required. Legal staffing experience
is preferred, but not required.
